Terms and Conditions

Using this website

By using bigpapascaraudio.com or submitting a quote request, you agree to these terms. The website is provided for general information about our products and services. Photos show past work and are examples only.

Quotes and pricing

Prices shown on this website and in our ads, including price ranges, are estimates. A firm price is confirmed only after we review your vehicle's year, make, and model, the products you choose, product availability, and the installation required. Final pricing is confirmed with you before any work begins.

Appointments

Install times are estimates and can change based on the vehicle, parts, and shop schedule. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call us at (513) 561-5300 as early as possible.

Text messaging program

You must be 18 or older to opt in to our text messaging program.

You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the text message consent box on one of our quote forms, or by texting us first. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy at bigpapascaraudio.com/privacy-policy for how we handle your information.
